Where we deliver
We deliver to addresses inside Jordan only.

Delivery fee
A flat delivery fee of 3 JOD applies to every order, regardless of address. The fee is shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

Delivery time
Orders are usually delivered within 24–48 hours of confirmation, except during Fridays and public holidays when deliveries may take an extra day.

Payment
Cash on delivery only. Pay the courier the total shown on your order confirmation (items + delivery fee) in Jordanian dinars (JOD). No credit cards or online payment at this time.

Receiving your order
Parcels are handed over after payment. Opening or trying on items before paying is not available. This does not affect your rights for faulty or incorrect items — see our Exchange & Returns Policy.
