Refund policy

Exchanges (size or colour)
You may request an exchange within 48 hours of delivery. Conditions:

• Item must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging
• Exchange is subject to stock availability
• You cover the delivery cost for the exchange shipment

Returns for a refund
We do not accept returns for change of mind. All sales are final unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or incorrect items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or is not what you ordered:

1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery via Instagram @topontopjo
2. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue
3. We will replace the item, exchange it, or — if neither is possible — issue a full refund
4. We cover the delivery cost for faulty/incorrect item claims

This is in addition to your rights under Jordanian consumer protection law.
